This page explains how we deliver and arrange collection for seasonal flowers from safeinventoryan in the United Kingdom of Great Britain.

We currently deliver to King's Lynn and selected surrounding areas in Norfolk. If you are unsure whether your address is included, please contact us with your full postcode and we will confirm availability.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are confirmed at the time of ordering and depend on distance and order size. All delivery costs are shown clearly in pounds sterling (GBP) before you accept your order.

Delivery times

We usually deliver on weekdays during daytime hours. For specific time windows, we will agree what is realistic before confirming your order. During peak periods, such as bank holidays, slots may be limited.

If the recipient is not in

If nobody is available to receive the flowers, we may leave them in a safe, shaded place or with a neighbour where this is sensible and permitted. We will follow any delivery instructions you provide where we can do so safely.

Collection from the studio

You can collect your order from our studio on Tuxhill Road in King's Lynn by prior arrangement. We will confirm a collection time and provide clear directions in your order confirmation.
